This 2 hour workshop is a new offering for 2026, to be held at the beautiful Creative Roots Studio in Kobble Creek, near Dayboro.
Reduced activity, screen time, prolonged periods of time sitting / driving, work expectations, juggling family where we may be supporting ageing parents or our own children (maybe both) can all contribute to us having a feeling of disconnect. Fluctuating hormone levels as we enter into Mid Life and beyond can result in joint pain/ stiffness, Pelvic Floor symptoms and Nervous System Dysregulation, but this can also be a time of profound insight and change.
Join us for a nurturing and informative two‑hour workshop designed to deepen your understanding of pelvic floor health through a whole‑body lens. This session blends education, mindful movement, and community connection to help you feel more at ease and empowered in your body.
Each workshop covers a different topic in relation to Pelvic Health. Our May workshop will be discussing the overactive bladder and urge incontinence. This is a supportive, shame‑free space where questions are welcome and curiosity is encouraged.
After the educational component, you’ll be guided through a gentle movement practice combining Yoga and Pilates principles. Movements are beginner friendly and adaptations are available if required.
We’ll close with a relaxed afternoon tea, giving you time to unwind, reflect, and connect with others. It’s a lovely opportunity to ask follow‑up questions or simply enjoy a moment of calm.
What to bring: Yourself, a water bottle and anything else you feel would enhance your practice. Mat, bolsters, props, Pilates balls, therabands etc are all available for your use during the session.
I look forward to sharing the glorious space with you in Kobble Creek, near Dayboro, Qld. Surrounded by Nature, Quiet and a sense of Calm.
