Our next 'Pelvic Connections Program,' in person 5-week course commences on Friday 8th November. To give you an idea of content, each weeks' topic is listed below.

Friday 8th November: The Foot & Ankle Connection & Movement practice.

Friday 15th November: The Hip Connection & Movement practice

Friday 22nd November: The Breath & Rib Connection & Movement practice

Friday 29th November: Movement practices for The Pelvic Floor ( eg: Urgency, Leaking, Prolapse)

Friday 6th December: Nervous System Calming & Movement practice

(topics maybe subject to change depending on participants request for topics)

Each session is for 60 minutes.

Suitable for all levels of Movement / Yoga experience.

What you will need:

A Yoga Mat and Water Bottle. If you don't have a Yoga mat, I do have some spares which you are welcome to use. Bolsters, Blocks, Straps etc are all available for use in the studio.
